Having seen long lasting change brought about in the lives of those Sarah has helped and supported for the last 20 plus years, as a social worker, mentor, coach and mostly through kindness and active listening, Sarah is supporting those that need help in the local community and beyond. With confidence, professionalism and kindness Sarah will #beagoodneighbour and help you help yourself. 
Sarah will work with anyone of any age and has a enhanced DBS for vulnerable adult's and children, up to date safeguarding training, mentoring and coaching qualification as well as 15 years of working in Cheltenham and over 25 years experience of working with people on an individual basis. She is also 2 years into an applied theology degree.

Help with filling in forms for anything you need.
Support attending appointments or meetings.
Help before attending a meeting or appointment with what to say or ask.
CV writing and job interview help.
Advice on all sorts of matters.
Parenting, Relationship breakdown including child contact and navigating the family court system. Small charity and CIC support.
Mentoring or target setting for growth and development.
Volunteering opportunities and connecting people up with opportunities.
Help to access training opportunities.
Connecting 2 people together who could support or help each other.
Practical help or finding someone who can help.
Signposting to services or organisations including helping to fill in referral forms.
An opportunity to talk about the Christian faith and any questions you may have.
